I began my real estate career in 2008 as a receptionist at a real estate
brokerage located in Birmingham, AL specializing in foreclosures. My
primary responsibilities included addressing inquiries about properties
and routing calls to the appropriate agents. This position provided
valuable insights into the needs of individuals and investors looking to
build property portfolios. Soon after, I transitioned into a role as a
liaison between large banking corporations holding mortgages and the
Brokerage, facilitating deals between the owners and mortgage
company and eventually the conversion of these properties into
listings. This experience deepened my understanding of corporate
banking procedures and honed my negotiation skills, which proved
beneficial in high-stress situations and as well as everyday
transactions throughout my real estate career.
In 2009, I became the Operations Manager and Broker’s Assistant at a
rapidly growing firm that quickly established itself as a top-selling office
in the St. Clair/Talladega County markets. It was here that I gained
essential knowledge in agent oversight and the daily operations of a
real estate brokerage. I obtained my real estate license in 2010 and
became a full-time Realtor in 2011. In 2014, I took a break from real
estate to embrace motherhood after welcoming my second son.
Before returning to real estate, I pursued my Broker's license and re-
established career as full-time Broker Associate in 2018. A little over a
year later in late 2019, I purchased an existing brokerage and
experienced growth in sales, acquiring more properties in the property
management division as well as adding HOA management to the
company portfolio, attracting some of the top producers in our market.
Having grown up vacationing in Gulf Shores, I always dreamed of
calling it home. In 2024, I seized the opportunity to sell my company
and make that dream a reality. Since June 2024, my family and I have
enjoyed the vibrant outdoor lifestyle this beautiful area offers, including
pristine beaches, golf, fishing, concerts, and numerous local events.
